Kundalini Reiki
Kundalini Reiki, like the better-known Usai method of Reiki, is a form of energy healing that can be received in-person or by receiving a long-distance attunement.
You can easily receive the beneficial effects of Kundalini Reiki without being attuned to it. You can make an appointment to see me in person, or you can just as easily receive it via distance at your convenience. Click here to find out more about distance sessions.

If you want to go deeper into the system and be able to give Kundalini Reiki to yourself or others, being attuned is very simple. Unlike Usui Reiki, you don't have to memorize symbols or study complicated attunement procedures. You will also receive a free manual of instructions and information with the attunements.
Kundalini Reiki focuses on opening up, clearing and balancing the chakras (seen in my simple illustration, above. For more information about the chakras, Click here.)
Benefits of Kundalini Reiki Attunement Levels
Kundalini Reiki I
The healing channels are opened up, enabling the energy to flow. The Heart chakra is opened and strengthened, and the palm chakras are activated and opened. This attunement prepares you for Level Two. After this attunement, you will be able to do in-person and distance healings. Simply have the recipient sit in a chair and place your
hands on his or her shoulders. The energy will flow for 3-5 minutes
and then stop.
Kundalini Reiki II
This level awakens the kundalini in a gentle and safe manner. The main energy channel is opened and the channels are strengthened. The Kundalini "fire" can now move between the first and fourth chakra. It prepares you for Level Three.
Kundalini Reiki III
With this attunement, the first, second, third and fifth chakras are more fully strengthened and opened. The Kundalini energy now flows completely through the chakras, from the first chakra through the seventh. You will be able to attune others at this level, in addition to attuning crystals, etc. You will be able to do specific healing sessions, such as Balance All, Diamond Reiki, Crystalline Reiki, DNA Reiki, Birth Trauma Reiki, Location Reiki, and Past Life Reiki (more info about these in the manual).

In this email, you'll need to give me your full name, and the city, state and country where you live. That's all that's needed. I will then email you when I've sent the energy for you to pick up and will include the phrase in the email that you need to say to pick up the Reiki at your convenience.This long-distance method doesn't require us to set an appointment, making things very simple and easy.
What to Expect
You may experience a sense of warm, thick energy pouring down into your head through the 7th (top) chakra and making its way down through the channels. This can feel very comforting and nourishing, like when a plants soaks up water and nutrients through its roots.Some people may simply feel warmth or tingling, and some might not feel anything.
In the many years I've worked with energy, I've found that when people are in a distracted state of mind or environment, or their physical body is not comfortable (due to room temperature or postioning, for example), it's more difficult for them to pick up on what's happening energetically. Even the difference of eating a large meal beforehand can change your ability to perceive the energy.
