Usui Reiki Attunements
There are three levels of training for Reiki:
Reiki I The
first level, this allows a person to do self-Reiki. After your
attunement, you may experience a healing process as your body draws on
the energy it needs to return to balance. It is recommended that you
wait until you've become accustomed to the Reiki I level and
assimilated the energy and concepts before moving on to Reiki II. This
varies with each person.
Reiki II This
level expands on the first attunement to allow people to work on others
and to do long-distance healing. You can give Reiki to family, friends
and even your pets. This level is sufficient for many, as they may not
want to be able to teach and/or attune others. Prior to becoming Reiki
III, your experience and understanding of Reiki II must deepen
sufficiently to go on to the next level.
Reiki III There
are two sublevels to this category. Reiki III allows you to attune
others to the Reiki I and II levels. Becoming a Reiki Master means
that you've accomplished the second phase of this level, and have
learned how to teach classes. I am a Level III Master teacher.
Through this training, the
practitioner
learns how to access energy flow through the hands to heal. Reiki is used to accelerate healing, assist the body in
cleansing toxins, balance the flow of subtle energy by releasing blockages, and help the client contact the healer within.
Reiki
is an excellent auxillary treatment to traditional Western medicine and
other healing modalities. It does not interfere with any of them and
cannot harm anyone.
To be attuned to the first level of Reiki, please call me to make an appointment. If you would like to receive Reiki via distance healing, click here to find out more.
I offer attunement classes each season. Click here to see the current schedule.
