Recommended Preparations to Receive
Kundalini Reiki Attunements


Following the recommendations below will support you in having the highest sensitivity to the energy and the best experience.

• Set aside 30-45 minutes where you won't be interrupted. 
Turn off the phone, settle your pets, children, etc. so you won't be distracted.  Turn off the tv.  If you like, you can have soft music playing in the background (best with no lyrics).


• Have a light meal beforehand, avoiding meat if possible, and stay hydrated.  Use the bathroom before you sit down.

• Sit in a comfortable chair with lumbar support where you can comfortably place your feet flat on the floor and your spine is kept straight with its natural curves.  Wear loose, natural clothing so your body doesn't feel constricted.

That's all there is to it.  The attunements can have an energizing effect, so if you receive them late at night, you may find it difficult to sleep.  On the other hand, it may rebalance your energy so you can sleep peacefully.  Personally, I recommend early morning or evening for receiving the attunement because overall energy at those times of day are quieter. 

Allow a few hours between
receiving the attunement and going to bed to allow your system to assimilate the work, or at least an hour before you head off into your normal daily routine.
